Hey, I’m Julia (she/her)
A Jivamukti Teacher from Berlin.
Till I stumbled in a Jivamukti Yoga class in 2016, Yoga was always just another physical practice for me. The Jivamukti classes taught me, that Yoga is actually far beyond the Asana (posture) practice. In my classes I try to pass on, what my teachers and my own practice teaches me: a holistic approach to live.
I love strong and dynamic classes, which challenge my students to grow and experience their own way to Yoga. My classes include a mix of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Chanting and always come with a thoughtful selected soundtrack. I’m assisting my students and their practice through verbal instructions and hands-on-assists (if wished). Classes are either taught in German or English.
I’m grateful for all the teachers in my life guiding me.

My Approach
I believe that anything and everything can be a teacher. I want to pass on what I experienced and what daily live is teaching me, as authentic and as much from the bottom of my heart as possible. I started doing Yoga on and off in 2013. First just because of the physical aspect, but soon I experienced that there’s more than physical benefits in Yoga. Allowing my self to be, listening and observing, is what brings me on back on my mat daily.
The practice of Yoga is coming with a whole palette of emotions, learnings, highs and lows, fears and love – one not better than the other, but needs to be experienced all. I’m more than happy to be in service and passing on what my teachers taught me. I strongly believe that in a world, which is sadly still based too much on dualities, as left and right, male and female, good and bad, the Yoga practice can be a powerful tool for everyone, to experience, that we’re actually all one and the same. Till today I’m in the first place a student and beyond grateful for all the teachers on my path.
